さっきいくつか呼んだ記事にもあったけど、やっぱり信仰アツい層を信仰に沿う形で如何に説得するかは政府も相当気を使って頑張って、政府のお達し、としてじゃなくて宗教系の権威の方々に協力依頼もしてるけど、それでもなかなか上手く納得させられなかったり苦労してそうっぽい。
